100ml cold water

adding some cocoa powder for taste then mix again, after which add the yoghurt,

Avocado Salad with dried fruits,
nuts and lemon—cumin vinaigrette
The ingredients you will need to make a

3 tablespoons of raisins
1large Lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of dried apricot
¼ tablespoon of coriander
¼ tablespoon cumin
¼ tablespoon Sweet Paprika
2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted and
cut in pieces
2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
Fresh black pepper
2medium scallions of white and light green

The
preparations to make this avocado salad are as following:
Get a
medium bowl, soak the raisins and apricots in hot water for 5minutes, drain set aside.
Grate the
zest from the lemon and squeeze about 1 tablespoon juice, in a small bowl mix
the lemon zest and juice with some olive oil, coriander, cumin and paprika and
if you really want some salt then add ¼ tablespoon of salt on top of that.
When
combined you take a large bowl and mix
all ingredients you have and already prepared together and toss some
vinaigrette into it, season a little bit with pepper and maybe a little extra
salt and you’re done.
